Yes. You can send us your CAD file, 2D drawing, sample photos, material requirements, and expected production volume. Our engineering team can review the part structure, mold feasibility, potential risks, and basic DFM suggestions before quotation.
Do you provide both mold manufacturing and injection molding production?
Yes. Stebro Mold provides injection mold manufacturing, T1 sampling, mold validation, in-house injection molding, low-volume production, mass production molding, packaging, assembly, and long-term mold support.
Can you support DFM and Moldflow analysis?
Yes. Stebro Mold provides DFM analysis before steel cutting. Moldflow analysis can be used for complex parts, cosmetic surfaces, tight tolerances, high-volume production, or projects with weld line, warpage, cooling, filling, or air trap risks.
Do you build 2K molds, insert molds, and overmolds?
